On Thursday, April 15, we held a workshop titled Introduction to Apache Spark. Slavko Žitnik introduced our participants to this widely used data science tool, about its data structures and libraries. With the hands-on tutorials our participants got the first grasp of Spark and in the end they were able to use their new knowledge in an interesting challenge!
