On Thursday July 25 our summeRworkshop took place. Like the name suggests, the participants were introduced to R - the most widely used programming languages in data analysis.
summeRworkshop was a DataScience@UL-FRI special edition workshop. It was a larger one-day workshop held by three instructors: Gregor Pirš, Jure Demšar and Erik Štrumbelj. We started in the morning with the first 2 sessions, shared a tasty lunch and finished the day off with another session and a hands-on part. And the end result? 30 participants with newly-acquired skills in data processing, analysis and visualization.
