According to recent surveys Python and R are at the moment the two most popular programming languages for data science. In January we covered R and this April workshop was dedicated to Python. On Thursday, April 25, Assist. Prof. dr. Jure Žabkar held a hands-on course where our participants were introduced to predictive modelling in Python. They learned about the basics of data preparation, classification, regression and model evaluation using the state-of-the-art machine learning library scikit-learn.
